Job Description

We seek a motivated developer to join our team in building an innovative platform leveraging data and analytics for automated decision-making and smart automation across our business lifecycle. This is a rare opportunity for a self-driven individual to contribute to a transformational initiative redefining industry standards.

The successful candidate will be a proactive contributor within a high-performing team focused on the CAT platform, designing and building scalable services ensuring optimization in performance, compute resources, quality control, visualization, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop services with scalability in mind.
  • Develop scalable, real-time data processing solutions.
  • Work with various data sources including databases, streaming data, and APIs.
  • Contribute to front-end and back-end development using Java and React.
  • Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the platform.
  • Provide production support as needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to align with business frameworks.
  • Implement secure coding practices to deliver secure applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in software engineering with Java and React, proficiency in working with data streaming tools, strong skills in developing scalable data processing solutions, and experience with databases and data engineering workflows.
