Sunly Polska, a leading independent power producer in the Baltics and Poland, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy Solutions. This key role will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth and ensuring the availability of clean energy in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling renewable electricity to B2B customers, with expertise in PPA/cPPA contracts. A strong understanding of the energy market, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around 60,000 - 80,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on developing renewable energy projects, energy storage solutions, and investing in startups in the electrification sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively seeking B2B customers for the sale of electricity, including PPA/cPPA contracts.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Preparing proposals, attending customer meetings, negotiating, and signing contracts.
  • Implementing sales plans and co-creating products and pricing.
  • Monitoring contracts signed.
  • Building the company's image in the market, attending conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborating with other parts of the organization in the sales process.

  • Analytical skills, ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows free communication.
  • A driver's license (cat. B).
