Job Description

At Jti GBS Poland Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Data Architect Lead to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient data model and business rules in CDP to harmonize consumer profile data.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT security, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to ensure workflows comply with security and technical requirements.

A key aspect of this role is to integrate different consumer touchpoints from Azure Data Lake and external sources into CDP for seamless data flows and advanced targeting and personalization.

To achieve this, the Chief Data Architect Lead will work closely with internal and external development teams to implement new features, enhancements, and campaigns.

Additionally, the successful candidate will perform code and peer reviews for data ingestions and CDP workflows and databases to ensure high-quality deliverables.

About You

  • You hold a university degree
  • You have 1+ years of experience in Treasure Data development or similar CDP roles
  • You possess 5+ years of experience in Data and Analytics from a modeling and reporting standpoint
  • You have 5+ years of exposure to IT architecture and solutions for data flows among systems and applications
  • You have experience in delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform with a special emphasis on data solutions and services
  • You have strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills
  • You are proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL
  • You have knowledge in testing and validating Analytical solutions
  • You possess Data Engineering skills on Azure stuck (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake)
  • You have a good understanding of Azure PaaS management and resource monitoring
  • You have CI/CD experience and DevOps
