Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Material Master Data Specialist to join our team at HAVI Krakow Global Business Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of material master data in our ERP system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Maintenance of Material Master Data: The ideal candidate will ensure that all material master data is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supplier and Material Master Data Creation: You will create and update supplier and material master data, including gathering information, performing business reviews and verifying data.
  • Error Correction: In case of transmission errors, you will immediately correct material-related master data.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
  • University Degree: A university degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Teamwork and Independence: You should have a can-do attitude and be able to work as a team member and independently.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Continues improvement and results-driven mindset are crucial.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical abilities with attention to details are necessary.
