Production Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at a leading confectionery manufacturer in Szczecin. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for shaping and decorating finished products, packaging cakes and cookies, and ensuring the quality control of products. Our company offers a stable employment contract, access to free private medical care, and accrued vacation time. Key responsibilities:

• Working on the production line
• Shaping and decorating finished products
• Packaging cakes and cookies
• Quality control of products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace

What we offer:

• Starting salary of 5000 PLN gross, which translates to a net salary starting from 3700 PLN.
• 30% bonus for night work
• Work schedule of three 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

• Sanitary-epidemiological booklet (we will help you obtain it)
• Willingness to cooperate with the employer for a long-term period

• Previous experience in production is an advantage
