Pay Disparity Investigator

We're seeking a highly skilled Pay Disparity Investigator to join our team at Helprise. In this role, you will conduct in-depth investigations into pay disparities and provide recommendations for improvement.

• You will analyze compensation data and identify areas where pay disparities exist.
• You will collaborate with clients to develop and implement equitable pay structures.
• You will stay updated on pay equity regulations and best practices.
• You will assist in training and educating stakeholders on fair pay policies.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Experience in pay equity, compensation analysis, or a related field (preferred).
• A strong statistical background with experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical tools (Excel or other analytics software).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
