Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Gdańsk. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to drive sales success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and C2 Polish, with at least 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leading. They will also possess strong leadership qualities, including the ability to coach, motivate, and develop their team members.

In this role, you will oversee the work performance of all sales advisors, conducting quarterly performance reviews and monthly one-on-one meetings. You will also ensure timely communication of any client or campaign issues to the Operations Manager and take appropriate actions to enhance client satisfaction survey scores.

The successful candidate will be a vibrant and resolute personality who can effectively lead and coach a team. They will have a strong understanding of B2B sales operations, experience with sales KPIs, and effective prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure.
