Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions Lead

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions Lead to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager in our PLM Solutions Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire lifecycle of PLM projects, from initiation to full delivery. This includes end-to-end process design, user testing, training, and organizational change management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis for intricate cross-functional initiatives and carry out detailed interviews with various business units and users.
* Prioritize requirements and drive the conceptual design of potential PLM solutions, with support from process experts across different functional areas.
* Develop and present Business Cases for proposed PLM solutions, facilitating senior management in the "go vs. no-go" decision-making process for project investments.
* Regularly report project progress, risks, and issues to the Steering Committee and/or senior management.
* Act as a process advisor and cross-process consultant for the business and the PLM product teams throughout the entire project delivery cycle.

**Requirements**

* Extensive project management experience (minimum of 3 years), preferably in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
* Strong problem-solving skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
* Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with a customer focus and networking abilities.
* Analytical, organized, and effective at prioritizing tasks and solving problems.
* Critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
