We are seeking an experienced Remote SAP BTP/CPI Support Specialist to join our team at HAYS POLAND Sp. z o.o.
About the JobThis is a long-term contract position, working from home, where you will be responsible for maintaining and developing SAP Hana, SAP BTP interfaces, and workflows, including conducting root cause analysis and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support to address and resolve tickets related to Custom Workflow and customer-specific solutions.
- Conduct Detailed Problem Analysis to diagnose issues thoroughly to understand root causes and configure SAP systems to develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of enhancements, including BAdI development and S/4HANA Cloud extensibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency in technologies such as OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, JMS, Kafka, AMQP, MQTT, CSV, XML, JSON, YAML, Java, XSL, Groovy/JS.
