We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our EMEA Regional Team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's data architecture, including data models, databases, data integration, and data security.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data models, database schemas, and data integration solutions that meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data requirements and design data architecture accordingly.
- Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure data security and privacy by implementing access controls and encryption techniques.
- Optimize database performance and scalability by tuning parameters and recommending hardware upgrades.
- Develop and maintain data migration and integration processes to support business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data architecture trends and technologies to recommend improvements to the existing data architecture.

Requirements:
