Position Description
  • Maintain document control processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and procedures (compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR 820, 21CFR 820, 21CFR 11, etc.)
  • Play a Sysadmin role within Electronic Document and Training System, configuring and maintaining the system, solving technical problems
  • Ensure process continuity by establishing priorities aligned with company and department objectives
  • Initiate and lead implementation of process changes, manage projects related to improving efficiency and work quality
  • Lead projects to roll out electronic Document & Training Management System to new company sites
  • Responsibility for document and training processes during internal, customer, and notified body quality audits; define and implement reported corrections, corrective, and preventive actions
  • Monitor KPIs, report work results, and process changes to the Local Head of QA and Global Quality Systems Lead
  • Build and manage a team responsible for department processes
  • Manage working time and leaves within the subordinate team
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluation meetings, talks concerning competency development and disciplinary actions
  • Plan and deliver short- and long-term goals in accordance with corporate strategy and Quality Assurance department
Requirements
  • Experience in Quality Assurance area - at least 3 years
  • Leadership experience - at least 1-2 years
  • Electronic Document & Training system(s) experience
  • Electronic Quality System (e.g., related to documents or trainings) Sysadmin Role experience would be an asset
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified company would be an asset
  • ISO 13485 Internal Auditor certificate would be an asset
  • Excellent English - written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Process and quality improvement-oriented

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
