Warehouse Associate

As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain process. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize and store products in designated areas of the warehouse
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to warehouse operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Valid forklift operator's license is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary
