The Adler Pelzer Group is a leading global supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive industry, boasting an extensive network of over 100 production sites and more than 15,000 employees worldwide.

We are currently seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to support our plant in Bielsko-Biala, Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring seamless supply chain management, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain inventory levels of raw materials necessary for production
  • Implement and adapt corporate policies related to your area of responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and develop procedures and objectives
  • Analyze and resolve issues or customer complaints related to logistics activities
  • Maintain effective communication systems regarding materials and shipments within the company and with customers and suppliers
  • Update databases and systems related to materials management
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in your area of competence
  • Design and implement a material management system integrating supplier deliveries with production requirements and established raw material quantities
  • Establish and maintain inventory levels of finished products necessary for customer supply
  • Lead, motivate, and ensure proper performance of employees under your supervision
  • Manage production scheduling and capacity planning
  • Oversee warehouse management and transportation operations
  • Coordinate rental container management

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in logistics management within a manufacturing industry
  • Degree in engineering or logistics-related field preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems
  • Project management skills with experience in managing and driving change
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Able to lead, influence, and build strong working relationships
  • High level of written and spoken English proficiency

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is approximately €60,000-€80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
