We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and contribute to our company's growth strategy. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility will be managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for specific departments within the organization. Your objective is to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our immediate business needs and long-term vision. You'll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth, data-driven, and positive hiring experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our product goals, department requirements, and industry trends.
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast upcoming skill gaps, synchronize hiring plans with business objectives, and provide valuable market insights.
  • Identify and engage top talent through various channels, such as social media, job boards, industry events, and professional networks.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline, supporting both current and future hiring needs across multiple functions or locations.
  • Conduct structured and competency-based interviews, ensuring alignment with both technical requirements and our company culture.
  • Represent our brand positively, delivering a seamless, engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., pipeline funnel, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate feedback) to optimize our recruitment processes and enhance hiring quality.
