About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT Operation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of our efficient cloud infrastructure and will strive to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, and rock-solid stability and scalability.

Job Description:

This role involves the operation, configuration, and security of IT cloud platforms, both private and public clouds. You will work closely with Global IT to align best practices, security standards, and integration points.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration, configuration, and platform management of DTC IT Clouds (Azure and AWS)
  2. Developing and implementing FinOps best practices to manage and control cloud costs effectively
  3. Designing, deploying, and managing Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking
  4. Providing Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  5. Configuring systems based on approved designs of the system and network security
  6. Monitoring and analyzing resource usage to recommend/develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance
  7. Comparing, evaluating, and implementing new technologies, and integrating systems into the computing environment
  8. Documenting systems infrastructure for users, support, and consulting personnel, and developers
  9. Configuring, implementing, and maintaining system security strategies, policies, and procedures
  10. Participating in planning for the continual upgrading of existing information technology and the introduction of new information technology to support the business

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including IaaS and PaaS services
  2. Experience with managing an integrated computing environment, networked environments, and network storage solutions
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols
  4. Experience with middleware and infrastructure
  5. Ability to operate within a collaborative team framework both in the workgroup and across IT Services
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  8. Ability to manage shared resources and perform moderately complex tasks
  9. Quality and deadline-oriented
  10. Ability to read, write, and speak English at a proficient level

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range between $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Location:

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires regular collaboration with our Global IT team.
