About the Role:

PL008 MMC Group Services Sp. z.o.o. is seeking a highly skilled AR Analyst with Spanish language expertise to join our team in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cash allocation process and reconcile broker's remuneration with insurers.
  • Handle orders/transactions according to internal company standards and procedures.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and verify the correctness of financial documents.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad-hoc, daily, or monthly reports and forecasts on various purposes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish languages.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a problem-solving environment and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in SSC/BPO company.
  • University degree in finance or economics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused and proactive approach.
