  • Track projects' progress, adoption rate of intended changes, and identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate across various departments and offshore project teams.
  • Develop, implement, and own a change management framework.
  • Create and deliver clear communication plans and materials for diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders.
