Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team at emagine Consulting.

As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test cases for system integrations in a C# test framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing automated test cases for system integrations in a C# test framework.
  • Analyzing, designing, implementing, and executing test cases using automated test methods.
  • Review and comment on requirements and technical designs from a test perspective.
  • Contribute to defining the overall test plan & approach for the team.
  • Gathering and managing test data; understanding test data dependencies for a given context, debugging and verifying defects.
  • Monitoring and documenting test results.
  • Recommending appropriate actions for test results.
  • Daily impediments resolution and communication, risk mitigation
  • Improve and extend the existing framework solution where possible.

Requirements:

  • Experience (min. 2 yrs) in API test automation.
  • Experience with C# or Java (min. 2 yrs).
  • Experience with integration testing, experience with continuous integration tools like Bamboo or Jenkins.
  • Experience with XML and JSON processing.
  • Experience in the design, monitoring, and maintenance of sanity and regression plans.
  • Experience with GIT (or similar version-control system).
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Exposure to lifecycle testing of savings and lending products (Deposits, Accounts, and Loans).
  • Experience working with Agile methodology.
