About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Supply Chain Management to join our team in Renewables. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future contract portfolio through local segment strategies, leading early phase engagement across the local supply chain, and identifying business cases to maximize value for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local segment strategies to drive business growth and maximize value.
  • Lead early phase engagement with suppliers, components manufacturers, port operators, and technical service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Identify and drive business cases to optimize contract relationships and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of local capabilities and constraints to inform procurement decisions.
  • Advise and provide commercial guidance to the business line and contribute to the SCM organization and Category management team.
  • Ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.
  • Represent Equinor in industry supply chain networks and maintain a strong network of contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-level strategic procurement in the Energy sector or other heavy industries.
  • Broad experience in technical and commercial procurement, ideally in the renewables segment.
  • A strong network in the supply chain market and relevant industrial bodies.
  • Excellent English skills and native Polish language proficiency.
