We are looking for a talented Operations Excellence Manager to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our supply chain and operations group, you will play a critical role in leading our clients' manufacturing excellence transformations.

As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading deployments & deployment teams at our clients in their Manufacturing Excellence transformation. You will also support our clients in implementing transformations in Manufacturing.

Our ideal candidate has significant experience in one of the following areas: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / TPM or at a management consultancy (manufacturing excellence focus). They must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leading projects and project teams at the area of manufacturing excellence.

The successful candidate will have experience gained in one of the sectors: Consumer Products or Life Science. They will also possess flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Europe) up to 80%.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading deployments & deployment teams at our clients in their Manufacturing Excellence transformation
  • Supporting our clients in implementing transformations in Manufacturing
  • Being a key contributor in client engagements and progressively initiating and leading work streams to provide high-quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and tools
  • Supporting the business in developing our knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships

Our Requirements

  • Significant experience in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / TPM or at a management consultancy (manufacturing excellence focus)
  • Min. 8-10 years of experience in leading projects and project teams at the area of manufacturing excellence
  • Experience gained in one of the sectors: Consumer Products or Life Science
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Europe) up to 80%
  • Analytical thinking
  • Degree in engineering, science, or supply chain
  • Professional certifications such as: Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, etc. are a significant plus
  • Fluency in English is a must – this role requires working with international clients on a daily basis
  • Another European language will be a benefit (German / French / Spanish)
