About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join our team at Coberon.

This is a hybrid work arrangement position (3 days in office), requiring strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and checking compliance with agreements made by and with suppliers.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with assigned suppliers.
• Requesting and comparing quotations; Conducting price negotiations with existing suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate records of article, assortment, and item information.
• Supporting the Purchase Manager in optimizing purchase activities efficiently.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an international trading company.
• Understanding of supply chain processes.
• Analytical, negotiation, accuracy, and strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
• Communicative knowledge of English, spoken and written (Other EU languages are an asset).
• Driving license (category B).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
