We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of General Ledger and Fixed Assets Expert at Polpharma Biologics. This position requires expertise in financial operations, including General Ledger and Fixed Assets accounting, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the processing of financial operations within the General Ledger and subledgers domain.
  • Conduct reviews of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements to identify errors and perform variance analysis.
  • Perform reconciliation of selected balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare and post journal entries on an accurate and timely basis.
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities.
  • Implement and maintain effective banking systems and report management.
  • Handle bank deposit transactions.
  • Compile and submit reports to national authorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Controlling, ESG).
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in General Ledger and/or Fixed Assets accounting (4-8 years).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with SAP (advantageous).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Results-driven problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and IFRS standards.
