Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build on existing experience into a subject matter expert, offering consultative support on Card Design reviewing applications/processes, while applying learning and knowledge of Visa's Product Brand Standard rules with different criteria. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of making payments easier, faster, and more secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a team player.
- Create and review card design cases which are submitted from Card Manufacturers or Issuers.
- Respond to queries with a customer-focused lens and engage with internal teams as needed.
- Manage cases and requests within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
Requirements
- Experience in a card personalization bureau or similar card-based operational position.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to manage high volume of work with constant detail orientation able to meet deadlines with quality work.
- Qualification or interest in Branding, Marketing, or Art.
