About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and improve our cloud infrastructure across multiple environments and platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, and be proficient in CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, and Docker container management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure across multiple environments and platforms;
  • Manage deployment processes for multiple feature and platform services also on-premise;
  • Maintain and improve application availability and performance for a global portfolio of customers;
  • Identify manual processes, design, and implement automation solutions;
  • Guide teams in the design and implementation of microservice architectures;
  • Support incident response teams with in-depth infrastructure and service knowledge;
  • Manage APIs that support both design-time and run-time application functionality;
  • Work in collaboration with device client engineering teams to ensure that services meet performance, availability, and functional goals;
  • Constant focus on security by design, including mitigation of identified vulnerabilities.

Requirements

  • A degree or education in computer science and/or proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role (5+ years of experience);
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD);
  • Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker container management;
  • Monitoring in k8s (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki...);
  • Helm Charts for multiple services;
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform;
  • Experience with one or more of the main cloud providers (GCP, Azure or AWS);
  • Experience with GitOps and source control management tools like Git;
  • Solid understanding of network, security, and cloud infrastructure;
  • Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash);
  • Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol and how HTTP-based microservices work;
  • Excellent English and communication skills;
  • You are a team player and work independently and autonomously.
