We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team at Sii Sp. Z O.o., providing services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States.

Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / Sec Ops / ITBM(PPM) modules, and as a Service Now Developer, you will participate in testing and deployment activities, validate technical solutions before deployment, and raise opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take part in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
  • Make scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
  • Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets, and perform platform upgrades, including skipped records review
  • Integrate with 3rd party tools and other Service Now instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Now Developer
  • Experience in core Service Now modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
  • Organized and focused approach to work
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Respective Service Now certifications would be an asset
