Our Renewables team is leading the charge, and we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to join our crew. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our offshore wind farms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in wind maintenance and operations management. About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the management of Offshore Wind Farm services, focusing on commercial and technical contractual conditions;
  • Developing and updating Offshore Wind Farm Asset Maintenance Strategies in close collaboration with operations personnel;
  • Creating a comprehensive Maintenance Management System that meets regulatory requirements and supports the windfarm's needs for equipment, systems, and structures;
  • Sourcing and implementing the latest methods and tools for offshore wind turbines and Balance of Plant (BoP) infrastructure maintenance processes;
  • Overseeing maintenance activities based on risk-based failure management policy and other implemented methodologies;

Your Qualifications

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering subject;
  • Substantial experience in wind maintenance or operations management, or a supervisory/team leader position in wind projects under operation;
  • Proven expertise in operations and maintenance service contracts' management;
  • A strong interest in renewable energy and new technologies;
  • A sharp analytical mind and hands-on approach;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both oral and written;

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
