Industrial Engineer

At GROHE Polska Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team as an SAP Expert for Process Optimization.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around 90,000 - 120,000 PLN (approximately 22,000 - 30,000 EUR) depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize our production processes using SAP systems. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining material flows in production, creating and managing change masters, and supporting local project management in visualizing production processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Structuring and developing material flows in production via SAP systems, including master data maintenance for the Industrial Engineering department.
• Setting up new products in the form of production parts lists / BOMs and creating new materials.
• Creating and managing change masters to control internal SAP system adjustments.
• Changing and updating parts lists and structures according to specifications.

You will also be responsible for creating and database maintenance of product labels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed 3-year training in a recognized technical profession, such as technical product design or industrial business management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP systems.
• User knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Very good knowledge of English (at least B2) and German (at least B1).
