As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the Market Risk Platform data model, collaborating with Business Analysts to capture requirements affecting the data model, designing database objects according to business needs, presenting data model changes to the architecture council, and ensuring compliance with agreed design and naming conventions.

You will work closely with our experts to capture requirements and develop a comprehensive understanding of the data model, ensuring that it meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience as a database developer, including recent experience as a database/data architect, exceptional data modelling skills, in-depth knowledge of database technologies, strong data analytical skills using SQL and Python (pandas), and familiarity with data models used in Financial Markets and Market Risk business domains.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, architects, and developers, to ensure that the data model aligns with business goals and objectives.
