We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to join our Digital & Technology Team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team that drives digital transformation and makes Heineken the most connected brewery.

The Agile Project Manager will manage and deliver projects in accordance with D&T guidelines and Agile processes, driving business value optimization and prioritization in alignment with Product Teams and Functional Domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product, securing business value optimization
  • Confirming business requirements, solution architecture, and project scope
  • Defining and managing projects to optimize business value, ensuring alignment with D&T strategy and enterprise architecture
  • Monitoring and reporting on planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials, and risks
  • Developing and managing execution, deployment, and transition plans across Product Teams, functions, and Operating Companies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing technical delivery of projects, including deployments of D&T solutions
  • Proven experience in leading transformational projects in developing centralized capabilities, empowering product teams, migration, and deployment to Operating Companies
  • Experience in managing external vendors, resources, and contracts
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
  • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, multi-national, and global-operating company dynamics
