Job Description
We're looking for a talented and experienced Backend Engineer to join our expanding team. As a key member, you will have the chance to lead and manage the entire development process from conception to deployment.

You will collaborate closely with the product team to ensure seamless implementation and successful production launches. Our current tech stack includes AWS, Node.js, React, and Python for data-related tasks, with openness to adopting new technologies as needed.

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, robust code that meets stringent standards required for financial products, ensuring reliability and security in every release.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 6 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
* At least 5 years of experience with Node.js
* At least 1 year of experience with frontend development using either React, Vue, or Angular
* Experience with AWS various services or other cloud providers
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead on building products and decision-making
* Product mindset with the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development
