About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to support our internal P&O team in talent acquisition, candidate experience, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruiting processes efficiently.
  • Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data in internal reports.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and available positions.
  • Advise Hiring Managers on best practices and hiring strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to recruit and network with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with vendors to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure data quality, employee branding activities, and other onboarding-related actions.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for recruitment initiatives, event support, sourcing information, research, data, and analytics.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates.
  • Self-motivation with a result-oriented approach.
