Job Title: IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team at IT Solution Factor. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
