Mindbox S.A. is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Senior Software Development Team Lead.

We are a dynamically growing IT company with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Software Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and capturing functional & non-functional requirements for long-term and short-term projects.
  • Designing and implementing tools and features to high standards and in timely manner using test driven development techniques.
  • Providing support for team's owned application to users (On-call/weekend rota support).
  • Contributing to the strategic vision for building up the team's development infrastructure.
  • Influencing and coaching other teams and less experienced colleagues.
  • Actively engaging with other team members for development projects and contributing to team discussions on development issues.
  • FOLLOWING best software development practices to ensure high quality product and adherence to design objectives.
  • Providing prompt resolution of problem issues related to the relevant software.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge and experience with Python, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience and solid knowledge of designing and developing multi-tier and multi-layer applications.
  • Experience in creating observable systems.
  • Very good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Effective team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, initiative, discipline.
  • Proactivity and drive to constantly develop and learn new skills.
