Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Genesys Consultant/Developer to join our team in Warsaw. As a hybrid (2 days on-site) contractor, you will work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Genesys, NICE, IVR, and Java technologies. Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing IVR flows, configuring and managing NICE call recording systems, and developing and maintaining scripts and applications supporting Genesys and NICE systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Genesys and NICE systems
- Excellent Java development skills
- Strong understanding of IVR flow development
- Ability to migrate from on-premise to cloud environments
