As a growing organization, CIC is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Compliance Coordinator to join its global compliance team in Warsaw.

Your Day-to-Day Work

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for legal and compliance inquiries within CIC. Your responsibilities will include working with the General Counsel to manage the entire lifecycle of corporate documents, from drafting to execution. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering internal coordination among various teams at CIC, facilitating seamless collaboration with the Legal, Finance, Expansion, and senior management teams. Additionally, you will conduct routine audits and assessments to ensure compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate external coordination with law firms, accountants, and compliance professionals in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Store and organize executed corporate documents.
  • Review and prepare documents and agreements for presentation to the management team.
  • Create and manage a global request and task dashboard for the legal and compliance team.
  • Support the General Counsel in timely moving legal requests and projects from initial inquiry to resolution.
  • Provide project management support to the legal team.
  • Perform GDPR-related legal and compliance tasks.
Compliance Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update corporate records.
  • Support the global compliance function by incorporating and supporting entities registrations and renewals.
  • Process government and regulatory filings as needed.
  • Monitor reporting requirements and process annual reports.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and regulatory adherence. You should be comfortable communicating in English and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a constantly changing environment and be able to adapt your approach to fit different situations and contexts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate law and compliance best practices.
  • Experience working as a paralegal or in a legal environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with applications and software such as Gmail, Gdocs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
