The Role

  • As a SAP Transformation Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Life Sciences practice, driving digital transformation, and delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
  • You will lead the definition of solution architecture for large-scale SAP-based transformation programs, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data & analytics, applications, and technologies.
  • Responsibilities will include active participation in business development and pre-sales activities, leading the definition of solution architecture, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements, and developing an enterprise roadmap for SAP S/4HANA.
  • You will provide leadership, guidance, and technical solutions for focus areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Leonardo, SAP Cloud Platform, digital platforms, Cloud Integration, API Management, AI, Advanced Analytics, and IOT.
  • Additionally, you will ensure adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles and standards, lead and participate in key governance forums, and manage internal consulting resources, 3rd party provider resources, and contract resources.

Requirements

  • Required qualifications include superior client interaction skills, ability to build trusted relationships, and navigate complex organization structures; ability to inspire, convince, and influence senior business management and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are necessary, as well as proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints.
  • Superior team leadership skills, extensive work experience in a consulting company, and experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs are also required.
  • Additional qualifications include profound know-how of Life Sciences challenges and business dynamics, and practical application of project management life cycle principles and methodologies.
