As a key player in payroll preparation and execution, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of payroll runs, executing payroll, and performing post-payroll activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting payroll preparation and execution
- Executing payroll and performing post-payroll activities
- Performing payroll year-end closure
- Answering payroll-related queries from customers and stakeholders
- Participating in projects/activities related to the implementation of changes and updates in the payroll process and infrastructure
- Cooperating closely with SV daily regarding all process-related matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Experience in payroll processing in SAP is a must
- Very good skills in German and English (B2 level)
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Customer-centricity is a must
- Proactive and self-reliable
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Austrian HR or payroll knowledge will be an asset
