About This Role

The Insight Analyst will be a key member of our global team, supporting clients from the FMCG and Tech & Durables industries. This role will be data-driven, providing analytical support to clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization and be able to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal stakeholders in their day-to-day work with clients by building strong partnerships and delivering high-quality projects.
  • Focus on stakeholder satisfaction and cultivate productive, long-term connections.
  • Foster a deep understanding of clients' business priorities and execute projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data and consumer data.
  • Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs, reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Draft reports and presentations with simple data interpretation and share best practice examples.
  • Support other team members during client meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to the team mission by participating in strategic internal projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Total 1-3 years of experience in the FMCG, Retail, or T&D industry and/or related sales, category management, market research, data analytics.
  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ and/or GfK data and systems would be considered an advantage.
  • Aptitude & desire to build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders, while being open to a client-facing role in future.
  • Strong numerical confidence, data visualization skills, and ability to translate numbers into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building, and formatting), PowerPoint.
  • Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level).
  • Knowledge of French, German, or Italian is an asset.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
  • Interest in the FMCG and/or T&D industry.
