We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving the pricing strategy and ensuring reimbursement sustainability in CEE markets. This position involves collaborating with global and local stakeholders and overseeing all pricing activities within the cluster markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pricing strategy development: Crafting business cases to optimize pricing for our portfolio, while engaging with external stakeholders and customers.
  • Pricing submissions: Managing the timely submission of prices into central databases, with a focus on close collaboration with local market access consultants and central teams.
  • Tender applications: Supporting commercial colleagues in tender applications for CEE markets and acting as a secondary applicant for other EU markets.
  • Customer relations: Building strong relationships with direct customers to explore potential opportunities and drive implementation efforts.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong background in market access and partner management within the pharma industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Polish pharmaceutical market and its regulatory framework.
  • Familiarity with international reference pricing and reimbursement systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office software.
  • Native-level fluency in Polish and English, with the option to possess additional language skills.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, open to new challenges, and willing to support a variety of tasks.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance in business activities.
