Job Description:

This role is a key change agent for optimization initiatives across the End-to-End Supply Chain. The individual will be responsible for providing direction and expertise to the assigned Market(s) Fulfilment team, primarily in areas of Warehousing and local and International Transportation.

The successful candidate will lead, develop, implement, and supervise continuous improvement programs, innovation, and strategic initiatives to support the Market's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) development, rollout, and governance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading Site Strategic Improvement Plan (SSIP) development considering an E2E vision across the market(s) assigned and by the Global Regional Hoshin Plan.
  • Implementing and leading operational excellence mechanisms and innovative dynamics based on the Baxter Operating System.
  • Implementing and running Lean & Six Sigma programs including training, strategies, and tools for continuous improvement.
  • Creating, maintaining, and governing Fulfilment team process control dynamics by building an understanding of all Planning & Fulfillment metrics and success measures.
  • Providing coaching and mentor support to fulfillment team members in enabling effective operational performance management as appropriate to their roles.
  • Owning Data Analytics to: Identify trends, risks, and focus areas; identify and support projects & continuous improvement initiatives; engage teams in the management of their performance vs business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Engineering, with proven experience in a data-driven insight (analytics) and process optimization role.

A working knowledge of strategy deployment, performance measures, and financial/supply chain platforms is also essential.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Transportation, Warehousing, and International Freight improvement projects, engagement with 3rd party logistics providers, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
