Baxter, a leading global MedTech company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial excellence and supporting business growth.

As the EMEA FP&A Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support to the Planning and Fulfillment (P&F) team, managing approximately 25% of the annual budget for this function. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare the annual budget, forecasts, and analysis for the control and management of P&F operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Finance Business Partner for EMEA Planning & Fulfillment Leadership, leveraging financial and business expertise to support process improvements, policy development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Leading the P&F processes (Plan, Forecast, LRP) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Loading budget and forecast adjustments into the system for the respective countries.
  • Providing financial and business support to function enabling optimal business decisions.
  • Preparing the Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, periodic LBE's working closely with market leadership, participating and leading monthly reviews of results.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations, and Excel modeling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision-making.
  • Driving and owning global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in the global FP&A process.
  • Updating process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analyst demonstrating at least 3 years of experience in key finance competencies and qualifications in relevant experience with financial planning and reporting within ISC/P&L structure.
  • Experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel, JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Cognos BI systems (or similar solutions) with an eagerness to learn and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Person with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global business partners.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities familiar with accounting processes and strong business acumen.
  • Individual with time management and influencing skills to drive initiatives and the ability to work cross-functionally managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English speaker and graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
