Job Description
The Accounts Payable Team Leader will be responsible for supervising the production and cost invoices postings, personnel expenses, bank statements, payments preparation according to SLA's/KPI's (correctness and timeliness of booking in accordance with internal procedures and tax principles) for all countries in scope.
This role will also involve coordination of the month and year-closing process, provision of constant improvement to the operational activities of the team, day-to-day team's supervision (monitoring team performance), team management: recruitment, motivation, periodic assessment.
