Responsibilities

  • Develop tax policy and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tax calculations and collections.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on new tax developments to inform business decisions.
  • Interface with external advisors to work through tax matters and implement best-in-class practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tax policy development and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; CPA or JD required.
  • Experience with tax technology tools and Oracle preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
