Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Country Growth Manager to lead our business expansion in Poland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, project management, and business development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team in Poland to drive business growth.
  • Establish a team of 20–40 employees in Poland over the next 2–3 years.
  • Lead the opening of 300–400 self-service stores across Poland within 2–3 years.
  • Ensure comprehensive market coverage by recruiting and managing a team of regional managers.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for sourcing prime retail locations in shopping centers and street retail spaces.
  • Negotiate and finalize lease agreements for new locations.
  • Assess technical requirements for store locations.
  • Oversee operational tasks, such as hiring operational managers, working with accounting services, contracting cash collection services, and securing agreements with security providers.
  • Recruit and manage project managers to oversee technical assessments and reviews of potential locations.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for site development, operations, and team management.
