We are seeking a seasoned Cloud-Based BPM Developer Lead to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge financial platform. As a pivotal member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Appian development and business process management to shape the strategy and implementation of our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tech team in ensuring knowledge stays at the forefront of industry trends and implementation is seamless.
  • Cultivate deep knowledge in various aspects such as design, analysis, development, and testing to elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and continuously improve our financial platform.
  • Shape the development department's strategic direction.
  • Ensure team outputs meet industry standards in quality and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Appian development with a strong background in business process management.
  • Proficiency in building process applications in the Appian environment, including application design, data types, process models, forms, reports, records, and news feeds.
  • Capability to gain expertise in modern Cloud technologies.
  • Strong consultancy skills across various organizational levels.
  • At least 12 months of project leadership experience with duties including leading architecture & design meetings, interfacing with stakeholders, and setting the overall design direction.
