Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Group Reporting team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated group accounts, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and developing and evolving reporting packs to increase the quality of financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare consolidated group accounts (monthly, quarterly, and year-end)
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and notes to the accounts
  • Develop and evolve reporting packs to increase the quality of financial data
  • Support during internal and external audits
  • Take part in group-level Annual Report preparation
  • Responsibility over group adjustments and consolidation entries
  • Consolidation system maintenance
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in General Ledger processes or Group Accounting processes
  • Good understanding of Accounting and Consolidation processes and process improvement
  • Understanding of IFRS and Consolidation of group accounts
  • Fluent command of English
  • Extensive knowledge of MS-Standard software, especially strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage
  • SSC experience is an advantage
  • SAP, BCS, HFM knowledge as an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
