We are looking for an experienced professional to assume the role of Lead SAP GRC Security Architect in our Wroclaw, Poland office. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining SAP roles on our platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure that appropriate access controls are built into the roles.

Key aspects of your job will include monitoring SAP environments for compliance, auditing deviations from established procedures, and reporting findings to management. You will also be responsible for integrating application security standards into systems and providing support to business stakeholders on SAP business roles, access risks, and mitigating controls.

An additional responsibility of yours will be to develop interim automated solutions for GRC application reporting and prepare project plans, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables as required.

In terms of specific requirements, we seek candidates with at least 5 years of experience in SAP Security and Role Design and Maintenance for SAP products: ECC, CRM - C4C, SRM, BW HANA, Business Objects, CLM, BPC, SAP Security Administration. Additionally, a solid understanding of provisioning processes, role definition, SOD analysis for SAP systems (ECC, SRM, BPC, etc.) is essential.

A further requirement is 4 years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control, as well as at least one full implementation or support in SAP role design. Furthermore, experience with implementing SAP GRC 10.0/10.1/12 Access Control is expected.

Other key qualifications include proficiency in using a ticketing system, meeting SLA metrics, and possessing good understanding of business processes (RtR, PtP, OtC, customer relations). Fluency in English (min. B2 level) is also necessary. Finally, a bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
