The Role

We are seeking a talented Junior BMS Software Engineer to join our BMS team in the London area. As a Junior BMS Software Engineer, you will support the development and commissioning of BMS software, working closely with experienced engineers to enhance your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing BMS software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Work with BMS platforms such as Distech, Schneider, Tridium, and Delta.
  • Support project teams by identifying design issues and contributing to effective solutions.
  • Participate in internal design reviews, learning from feedback and guidance.
  • Contribute to on-site commissioning and factory testing.
  • Follow technical documentation, including Descriptions of Operation, panel drawings, and points lists.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

About You

We are looking for someone with some basic software experience, either as a graduate or through previous work. Ideally, you will have some exposure to BMS software and control systems. You should also have an understanding of programming concepts and a willingness to develop best practices in software development. Knowledge of IT networks and IP-based systems would be advantageous.
