Job Description

As a Transformation Director at Orsted Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will lead high-impact strategic efforts to drive organisational transformation initiatives, focusing on organisational design, development, and large-scale change implementation.

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive expertise in organisational transformation, organisational design, and change implementation. Your strong consulting skillset, including data-driven problem-solving, structured communication, and executive stakeholder engagement, will be essential in driving meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will have successfully led complex transformation projects, such as large-scale reorganisations, post-merger integrations, workforce restructuring, and global operating model redesigns. They will excel in stakeholder management, working effectively across all levels of the organisation, from senior executives to frontline teams.

You will partner with senior leadership, other strategy teams, and business stakeholders to ensure our organisation remains fit for purpose in an evolving landscape. Your ability to develop and empower junior team members and cross-functional project teams will be crucial in achieving our goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute major reorganisations, ensuring our operating model is aligned with strategic priorities and enables effective ways of working.
  2. Lead large-scale organisational transformation initiatives, such as post-merger integrations, workforce restructuring, and operating model redesigns.
  3. Drive organisational simplification, streamlining structures, processes, and governance to enhance efficiency and business agility.
  4. Embed strategic workforce planning, ensuring we have the right talent, skills, and structure to meet future needs.
  5. Bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that transformation initiatives are not only well-designed but successfully implemented and adopted.
  6. Advise and support senior leadership, providing insights, analyses, and recommendations to the CHRO, CEO, and Group Executive team on critical organisational topics.
