We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at NES Fircroft.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems for petrochemical and refinery projects, including preparation of project documentation such as specifications, diagrams, and layouts.
  • They will also perform electrical calculations, prepare layout drawings, and develop installation typicals and material take-offs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Cables, Trenches, and Tray Routing Engineering
  • Lighting & Socket System Design, Grounding & Lightning Protection System
  • Preparation of various electrical documentation as input data for Substation/Trafo TRS/PO
  • Electrical Heat Tracing System - Preparation of input documents for EL Subcontractor
  • Vendor documentation review and follow-up
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to cooperate within the organization, with customers and vendors
  • Eager to work in a multi-cultural team
  • Computer skills, knowledge of applications such as MS Office, ACAD, Dialux
  • High interpersonal skills
  • 5 years experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer
  • Knowledge of SmartPlant 3D tool would be beneficial
  • ETAP software or other power system analysis software knowledge would be beneficial
  • Experience in MV/LV equipment and installations
